This week’s meal prep! Stacked and ready to go! I realized I need more carbs for sustained energy during the summer. I have meetings and appointments all day around NYC so I simply need to include oatmeal again. I’m all for using fat for energy, but with hours at the gym and the high heat/humidity, I just can’t sustain much longer without it. A small serving once a day won’t kill me. Meats are organic chicken breast, grilled chopped grass-fed porterhouse steak. Vegetables - sautéed spinach (coconut oil), sautéed kale, sautéed red cabbage, roasted brusel sprouts, steamed broccoli.
