Lady of Motion is owned and operated by Kay Saul, an avid health and fitness enthusiast who also struggles with a challenging chronic illness--Stage 4 Endometriosis & Adenomyosis. After dropping 117lbs three years ago through P90x, Kay's started kicking ass through boxing and MMA, an avid yoga practice and TRX Suspension training. She now lives to CrossFit, loves Power lifting and some Oly lifting. Kay eats 80/20% Paleo and has a passion for cooking for herself and friends. She lives and works in New York as a Program Manager and trains with an awesome community of folks at CrossFit Virtuosity.
